I got both regular and snow wolpers, and I think they’re pretty great, but their arms and legs are a little under-stuffed and lopsided, particularly the snow one. Otherwise they’re quite soft, they feel like cotton balls
Stay away from any business with them! I wish I could have written the review for the plush toy I ordered. I never received it and the customer service is neglectful to refund the money insisting that the order will arrive. 5 business days is not a "reasonable timeframe" for the order to travel from NJ to NY. USPS lost it and Evkami is refusing to refund. Very frustrating service.
The package was shipped promptly and remained active in USPS tracking during the holiday period. This was communicated by email, and a refund upon return was offered. Refunds follow carrier guidelines once an item is returned or confirmed lost.
